Today’s ClassicCars TV characteristic is a customized 1971 “Big Oly” Ford Bronco tribute. Inspired by Parnelli Jones’ 1969 Big Oly Bronco, this car encompasses a customized chromoly tube body with Pure gold-plated sections and long-travel suspension. Power comes from a 723-horsepower Dart 351 Windsor V8 stroker measuring 438ci paired to a Powerglide two-speed computerized with Gear Vendors overdrive. This reproduction has a celebrated story of its personal, having received quite a few awards, showing in a number of museum reveals, and even sharing the stage with the unique Big Oly and its extra well-known driver. When the gavel fell on the 2023 Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas Auction, this Big Oly tribute bought for $165,000.
