UJB 140 is among the 4 works Auston-Healey 3000s that had been constructed by the manufacturing unit to be used within the 1960 Sebring 12 Hours. The automotive was used as a spare at that assembly, which on the time was the one American race on the calendar that counted towards the World Sportscar
